Urban Gardening

The N in ONE Project Macclesfield stands for Nature. We have a number of gardening projects from small raised beds around Macclesfield to larger projects like our Urban Garden.

The Urban Garden used to be a place for dumping cars and rubbish, now it is a thriving space the community can use for socialising, taking rest bite from busy town life but of course coming to the garden, growing and nurturing nature is the main purpose of the garden.

Part of the Urban Garden project we have a number of families that use the space that may not have space at home to grow and some groups such as, Macc Pride, Macclesfield Home Education, Macclesfield Community Tree Nursery and Deaf Society Group.
